
The daily formulaic life and formulaic exercise make us feel dull or stressed, often lacking energy, listless, and even suffering from chronic fatigue. The author has lost himself in society, trying to act like a "good" person in the eyes of others, but ignoring his own feelings. Since I started learning yoga, mindful movement, meditation, and singing bowls, my emotions have gradually become more stable and my stress has decreased. Oftentimes, stress comes from the fact that we focus too much on things other than ourselves and neglect our own spiritual satisfaction.
